About Our Client

Our client is an owner's representative/construction management firm with roots in the Metro Detroit area with a strong backlog. Their core markets are healthcare, municipal, and anything in the public sector. Job Description

  • Direct planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex capital projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
  • Manage project closeout, operational transition, and post-completion activities.
  • Foster collaborative team environments and effective decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 10-15 years of experience running projects from start to finish
  • Experience working on healthcare and/or municipal projects
  • Experience working in a design-build construction environment
  • Collaborates well with a team
  • Motivated to grow
  • Hard working
