Job Description

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

  • Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
  • Oversee subcontractor relationships and project execution
  • Coordinate with school districts, consultants, owners, and agencies
  • Drive project financial performance and schedule adherence
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities
  • Ensure DSA and Public Works compliance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

  • Public Works construction experience required
  • DSA experience preferred
  • Experience leading educational or institutional projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
