Senior Project Manager - Power Delivery Construction

• Lead the planning and execution of complex transmission, substation, and power delivery construction projects from award through closeout.
• Manage projects ranging from 69kV-500kV, including greenfield and brownfield substations, transmission lines, switching stations, collector substations, and renewable interconnections.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and field teams.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain overall responsibility for project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, invoicing, change management, and profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, EPC partners, contractors, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead construction planning, outage coordination, constructability reviews, and field execution activities.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, utility standards, environmental requirements, and company safety policies.
• Mentor and provide leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and project coordinators.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize schedule delays and cost impacts.
• Support business development by developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and participating in proposal efforts.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, schedule, financials, and resource planning.
