Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager / Project Executive, you will serve as a key leader within the organization, overseeing project execution, mentoring teams, and helping establish the operational foundation needed to support continued growth. While multifamily experience is preferred, candidates from a variety of commercial construction backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level oversight of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Drive project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and risk management
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel
  • Participate in strategic planning and operational initiatives that support company growth
  • Support business development efforts and help cultivate long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with company leadership to improve processes, systems, and overall project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience within a General Contractor environment
  • Proven success managing complex commercial, multifamily, institutional, healthcare, education, or similar projects
  • Strong leadership experience overseeing project teams and multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on project leadership level
  • Experience working on projects up to $60M is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
