Senior Project Manager - Public Construction

• Lead the overall direction and execution of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and risk management plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and public-sector stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, cost controls, and project forecasting
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Participate in preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and pursuit strategies
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public owners and industry partners throughout Florida
