Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • 8-10 years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Delivered 12+ ground-up commercial builds
  • Strong hospitality (hotel) project experience preferred
  • Stable work history with 3-4+ year tenures
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experienceject teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and managing construction projects.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
