Job Description

  • Plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of GC project management experience
  • QSR, retail, or commercial construction experience
  • Civil construction experience preferred
  • CM or Engineering degree preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
