Our client is a growing commercial construction and project management organisation specialising in large-scale retail and commercial projects across the United States. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced construction leader who can balance project execution with team development, operational improvements, and leadership responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Manage national retail and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.
  • Establish project governance, accountability, and best practices.
  • Support field teams in resolving complex construction challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
