Job Description

  • Manage all phases of retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
  • Oversee project schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any challenges proactively.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Manage financial aspects, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
