Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate project progress and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve goals.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to leadership.
  • Resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects in the property industry.
  • Retail and grocery store ground up construction preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
