Known for exceptional employee retention, a collaborative culture, and strong repeat business, they are positioned for continued growth and expansion.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager - Retail will:Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project planning.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery.Oversee contract negotiations, subcontractor procurement, and vendor relationships.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Direct project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Lead project teams, including Superintendents and project support staff.Drive quality assurance, safety compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, accounting, architects, engineers, and field teams.Ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction on every engagement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
