Job Description

  • Lead multiple commercial and retail construction projects simultaneously.
  • Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client communication.
  • Oversee contract administration and risk management.
  • Drive profitability and operational excellence.
  • Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Participate in business development and client retention efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing projects between $1M and $20M.
  • Commercial and retail construction background required.
  • Strong financial management and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
