Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
  • Manage a portfolio of QSR and site development projects valued between $1M-$3M.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Support process improvements and operational excellence across the project management team.
  • Conduct occasional site visits throughout project execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while driving project success.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience managing QSR, restaurant, retail, civil, or site development projects preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work remotely while coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation systems.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering projects safely, on budget, and on schedule.
