With a collaborative, family-oriented culture and a growing portfolio of retail, restaurant, hospitality, and commercial projects, they provide a strong platform for long-term career advancement for a Senior Project Manager.Job DescriptionLead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.Manage a portfolio of QSR and site development projects valued between $1M-$3M.Collaborate with field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Support process improvements and operational excellence across the project management team.Conduct occasional site visits throughout project execution.Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams while driving project success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
