Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Lead project teams and provide clear direction to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
