Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client expectations are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning phases
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
  • Coordinate internal resources and field teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and project partners
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Mentor and support project team members as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Knowledgeable in Preconstruction
  • Diverse Project Portfolio
  • Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
  • Supervisory and training experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore preferred
  • Well organized and structured work habits.
  • Strong focus on detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to associates, clients, management, or public groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong analytic skills, judgment, and reasoning
