Job Description

  • Lead multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and buyout activities
  • Oversee clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Support multiple active projects while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Current Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager with GC experience
  • Background in multifamily, commercial, municipal, or large urban construction
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stable work history with demonstrated long-term employer tenure
