They partner with major investor-owned utilities, municipalities, renewable developers, and industrial clients to modernize the electrical grid through innovative engineering and project execution.Job DescriptionManage high-voltage transmission and substation projects from initiation through closeout.Lead multidisciplinary engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and financial forecasts.Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout project execution.Oversee projects ranging from 69kV-500kV including new substations, expansions, transmission lines, switchyards, and grid modernization programs.Coordinate engineering deliverables including physical, protection & controls, civil, structural, and transmission line design.Manage project scope, change orders, risk mitigation, and contract administration.Monitor project financial performance including revenue recognition, forecasting, and profitability.Coordinate with utilities, permitting agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Lead project meetings, executive reporting, and client presentations.Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technical staff.Support business development efforts including proposals, estimates, and client relationship management.Identify opportunities for additional work with existing clients.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
