Senior Project Manager - Transmission & Substation

• Manage high-voltage transmission and substation projects from initiation through closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout project execution.
• Oversee projects ranging from 69kV-500kV including new substations, expansions, transmission lines, switchyards, and grid modernization programs.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables including physical, protection & controls, civil, structural, and transmission line design.
• Manage project scope, change orders, risk mitigation, and contract administration.
• Monitor project financial performance including revenue recognition, forecasting, and profitability.
• Coordinate with utilities, permitting agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, executive reporting, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and technical staff.
• Support business development efforts including proposals, estimates, and client relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for additional work with existing clients.
