Senior Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
