Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager reporting into senior operations leadership, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.

  • Lead the planning and execution of commercial and public-sector projects
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance end-to-end
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and change order processes
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Partner with Superintendents to align field operations with project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Mentor and support junior Project Managers as the team grows

The Successful Applicant

For this Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing commercial or public-sector construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others
  • Solid understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements
