Job Description

In this Building and Construction Senior Project Manager in Syracuse, NY role you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Identify and resolve any project risks or issues proactively.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
