Known for its collaborative culture, strong client partnerships, and commitment to safety and innovation, the company specializes in construction management, design-build, and general contracting across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.Job DescriptionLead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting.Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Oversee contract administration, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and change order management.Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability.Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff.Collaborate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business opportunities.Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, and strategic project execution.Ensure projects meet all contractual, safety, and quality requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
