Employees enjoy a collaborative environment where accountability, initiative, and expertise are highly valued.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will:Manage numerous concurrent construction projects across multiple states and jurisdictionsServe as a leadership resource and escalation point for the project management teamMentor, coach, and support Project Managers while maintaining responsibility for your own projectsBuild and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through closeoutIdentify schedule risks and implement recovery plans when necessaryOversee permitting, inspections, subcontractor coordination, project buyout, and procurement activitiesManage project financials, budgets, forecasting, change orders, and reportingDevelop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and traveling field teamsLead client communications and ensure a high level of customer satisfactionMonitor company-wide project performance and proactively identify issues before they become significant problemsSupport punch list completion, turnover, and project closeout activitiesOperate independently and resolve issues without requiring frequent escalation to executive leadershipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
