Job Description

The Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain project timelines, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Senior Project Manager will have:

Bachelor's degree required in a construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
10+ years of commercial project management experience.
Experience overseeing a team of Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
Experience working on projects in commercial, healthcare or light industrial
Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline.
A non-jumpy candidate.
Team player, outgoing personality who has the ability/experience to work closely and talk with candidates.
Negotiating and relationship management skills.
True leadership experience managing teams.
Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
