Job Description

The Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, cost estimates, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed

The Successful Applicant

The Successful SPM will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience leading Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Background in commercial, healthcare, senior living, or light industrial construction.
  • Experience with multi-story buildings, including internal elevator coordination.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage systems such as nurse call, access control, cameras, and fire alarms.
  • Proficient with Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented professional with a stable work history.
