With more than 155 employees and over $400M in annual revenue, the company offers the stability and resources of a large contractor while maintaining a collaborative, people-first culture focused on developing future leaders and building long-term careers.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.Develop and maintain project timelines, cost estimates, and risk management plans.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
