The company has built its reputation around quality, accountability, and long-term relationships, while maintaining a more personal and collaborative environment than many of the larger national contractors.Job DescriptionLead projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.Coordinate subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Work closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules and ensure quality execution.Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact cost or schedule.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.Monitor project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and profitability.Support business development and client relationship efforts where appropriate.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
