Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Work closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules and ensure quality execution.
  • Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact cost or schedule.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and profitability.
  • Support business development and client relationship efforts where appropriate.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
