The company has built its reputation through repeat business, quality project delivery, and a relationship-driven approach, while maintaining a collaborative environment where experienced construction professionals are trusted to take ownership of their projects and develop their careers.Job DescriptionManaging the overall delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects.Leading projects from preconstruction, estimating, and procurement through completion.Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, and performance.Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving construction issues.Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.Monitoring project costs, billing, forecasting, and financial performance.Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and contractual requirements.Mentoring and supporting Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
