This is a rare chance to join a GC on the rise, offering clear paths to leadership, exciting projects across multiple markets, and the opportunity to build a long-term career as the company continues to scale.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager's Responsibilities:Take full ownership of complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warrantyDrive project financial performance, owning budgets, forecasting, cost controls, billing, and overall profitabilityLead coordination across owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects moving forwardOwn the project schedule and critical milestones in close partnership with field leadershipLead preconstruction strategy, including subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract negotiations, value engineering, and project planningManage subcontractor and vendor performance from initial award through final completionDrive RFIs, submittals, change orders, change requests, and critical project documentationOversee complex MEP and building systems coordination, including low-voltage, nurse call, life safety, and critical infrastructureLead owner, OAC, preconstruction, and progress meetings while driving accountability across all project stakeholdersDeliver clear project reporting, schedule updates, and executive-level communication to ownership and leadershipPartner directly with Superintendents to proactively solve constructability, schedule, budget, and field coordination challenges before they impact the jobMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
