Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for

  • Lead the successful delivery of large and complex healthcare infrastructure modernization and Energy-as-a-Service projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project financial performance.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and MEP project activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with executive leadership and project teams to drive project success and operational excellence.
  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to support project execution and documentation.
  • Report directly to senior project leadership while serving as the primary point of accountability for project performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager:

  • Senior-level project management experience managing large, complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects valued at $10 million or more.
  • Experience within healthcare construction, healthcare infrastructure, or comparable complex environments.
  • Strong project leadership skills covering budgeting, scheduling, client management, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Experience working for a general contractor, mechanical contractor, specialty subcontractor, or owner-side organization.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.



Preffered qualifications

  • Healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
  • Heavy mechanical or MEP project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing projects significantly larger than $10 million.
  • Bachelor's degree or related construction, engineering, or technical education preferred.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating strong tenure with prior employers.
