With a long history of delivering complex projects across healthcare, higher education, industrial, and commercial markets, the company continues to experience strong growth throughout the Northeast.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager is responsible forLead the successful delivery of large and complex healthcare infrastructure modernization and Energy-as-a-Service projects.Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project financial performance.Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and MEP project activities across multiple stakeholders.Partner with executive leadership and project teams to drive project success and operational excellence.Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes.Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to support project execution and documentation.Report directly to senior project leadership while serving as the primary point of accountability for project performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
