Job Description

  • Lead daily operations of the Richmond office and provide overall project and business leadership.
  • Manage and mentor office staff, including project management, field, and administrative personnel.
  • Drive office profitability, backlog growth, and long-term market expansion initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects with a primary focus on data center construction opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership to establish growth strategies and operational goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the office expands.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
  • Provide leadership across estimating, project execution, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Serve as the key representative for the Richmond market and help establish the office as a major profit center.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar construction leadership position.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving project success.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, accountability, and proactive approach to leadership.
