Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of project strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any risks or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Manage procurement and allocation of resources.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager/Px Route should have:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction management experience
  • Experience delivering public, civic, education, healthcare, or commercial projects
  • Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring project teams
  • Established network within the Charlotte construction market preferred
  • Strong communication, business development, and operational management skills
