Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and addressing potential delays.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress for stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in water/ wastewater or relevant sectors
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
