Job Description

  • Lead corrective action activities to resolve chronic product, process, and customer quality issues
  • Develop and improve quality system documentation, procedures, and work instructions
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce scrap and cost
  • Apply statistical and measurement system analysis to optimize processes and justify improvements
  • Serve as Lead Auditor and conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9001 requirements
  • Support new product development through design reviews, FMEAs, control plans, and risk assessments
  • Partner with Supply Chain to analyze supplier quality data and drive improvements
  • Train and support teams in problem‑solving methodologies and quality best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of quality engineering or quality assurance experience in manufacturing
  • Experience working within ISO 9000 or equivalent quality systems
  • Strong problem‑solving capability using 8D, DMAIC, or PDCA methodologies
  • Working knowledge of statistical tools, QA tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC), and technical drawings
