Job Description

  • Monitor and improve supplier, subcontractor, and internal product quality
  • Develop, document, and implement quality processes in a fabless environment
  • Support ISO 9001 efforts, including internal audits and compliance activities
  • Lead and manage CAPA activities (SCAR, PCAR, NCMR, audit findings)
  • Partner with suppliers to drive corrective actions and close quality issues
  • Track and manage PCN activity as part of supplier quality initiatives
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and historical data
  • Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams on investigations
  • Perform hands‑on physical and electrical measurements of components

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product or Senior Quality Engineering role
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE/BSME required)
  • Strong background in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle, inspection, and troubleshooting
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and automotive quality standards (IATF 16949)
  • Experience with statistics and data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab)
