This role is responsible for driving product and process quality across suppliers, subcontractors and internal operations within a fabless manufacturing environment. You'll be hands‑on, leading corrective actions, supporting audits and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure reliability and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Monitor and improve supplier, subcontractor and internal product quality across the full product lifecycle
  • Lead and manage CAPA activities, including SCARs, PCARs, NCMRs and audit findings
  • Support ISO initiatives, including preparation for and execution of internal audits
  • Partner closely with failure analysis and reliability teams to investigate issues and drive improvements
  • Communicate with suppliers to bring corrective actions to closure and track PCN activity
  • Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation, records and histories
  • Perform hands‑on physical and electrical measurements of components as required

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in a Product or Senior Quality Engineering role
  • Strong background in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments
  • In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; IATF 16949 automotive experience preferred
  • Six Sigma Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Proficiency with statistical tools such as JMP or Minitab
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
