Job Description

  • Train and manage maintenance technicians
  • Act hands-on with preventative maintenance of CNC and other machinery
  • Lead various problem solving projects and other troubleshooting
  • Lead daily meetings on machine issues and what needs to be addressed as a priority
  • Involvement in process flow/layout projects to ensure efficiency in remodels and expansion
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all operations.
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff to promote skill development and safety awareness.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical degree preferred
  • 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Electrical background in terms of maintaining machinery with electrical components
  • OSHA Compliance experience
  • Safety leadership experience
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings of machinery you will be maintaining and troubleshooting
  • CMMS experience a plus
