My client focuses on functional, build‑to‑purpose solutions rather than mass‑market products, which allows it to stay agile and highly responsive to customer needs.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer are:Lead and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirementsDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances, customer complaints, and internal findingsApply advanced knowledge of GD&T and engineering principles to ensure precision and inspectabilitySupport manufacturing and engineering teams with quality planning, process validation, and risk assessment activitiesDevelop and execute inspection plans, control plans, and quality metricsServe as the primary quality contact for customer audits, supplier quality issues, and cross-functional problem-solving effortsAnalyze quality data and trends to recommend process improvements and reduce defectsMentor junior quality staff and provide technical guidance on quality tools and methodologiesSupport new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are properly defined and implementedIf interested, please apply using the link below.
