Job Description

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Lead internal, customer, and third‑party audits, serving as the site quality representative
  • Act as primary customer quality liaison, resolving complaints and managing quality flow‑downs
  • Own CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness for internal and external issues
  • Participate in MRB activities and support disposition and corrective actions
  • Support new product introductions through quality planning, FAIs, and design reviews

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 6-8 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong hands‑on experience with AS9100 (internal and external audits)
  • Proven background in MRB, CAPAs, and root cause methodologies
  • Customer‑facing quality experience with regulated requirements
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred
