Job Description

  • Lead and maintain quality validation, product qualification and risk management programmes in line with ISO standards and internal QMS.
  • Act as the site subject matter expert for validation, metrology and risk‑based quality approaches.
  • Provide quality engineering support to New Product Introduction (NPI), design and change management activities.
  • Ensure effective verification and validation (V&V) of new products and processes throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Lead investigations into non‑conformances, deviations and customer complaints using structured quality event processes.
  • Drive robust CAPAs using data‑driven root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and FMEA.
  • Ensure design, product and process changes are risk‑assessed, documented and implemented to quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive improvements.
  • Support internal audits, generate audit reports and implement resulting process improvements.
  • Coach and train colleagues on quality tools, systems and best practices, promoting a strong culture of quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Proven expertise in product and process validation methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of the design and development lifecycle.
  • Experience conducting internal audits; lead auditor certification highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage CAPA effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
