Job Description

  • Define and lead the global quality strategy, goals, and long‑term roadmap
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across ISO9001, AS9120, MIL‑PRF‑38535, automotive and related standards
  • Act as the senior technical authority for quality assurance across the organisation
  • Lead management reviews to assess system effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversee customer and supplier audit programmes, corrective actions, and improvement plans
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high‑performing quality leadership team with succession planning in place
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed quality across all business functions
  • Own the quality budget and resource planning at an enterprise level

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; Master's preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience within Quality Assurance leadership
  • Background in high‑volume manufacturing environments (semiconductor strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives across functions
  • Eligible to work in the US (US citizen or permanent resident)
  • Strong leadership, judgement, and performance management capability
