Job Description

Define and lead the global quality strategy, goals, and long‑term roadmap
Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across ISO9001, AS9120, MIL‑PRF‑38535, automotive and related standards
Act as the senior technical authority for quality assurance across the organisation
Lead management reviews to assess system effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Oversee customer and supplier audit programmes, corrective actions, and improvement plans
Build, develop, and mentor a high‑performing quality leadership team with succession planning in place
Partner with senior leadership to embed quality across all business functions
Own the quality budget and resource planning at an enterprise level

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline; Master's preferred
15+ years of progressive experience within Quality Assurance leadership
Background in high‑volume manufacturing environments (semiconductor strongly preferred)
Deep expertise in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives across functions
Eligible to work in the US (US citizen or permanent resident)
Strong leadership, judgement, and performance management capability
