This Senior Quality Manager role owns full site quality leadership in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, covering QA, QC, QMS, and supplier quality. You'll sit on the senior leadership team, setting quality strategy while remaining hands-on in execution and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Own and execute site-wide quality strategy across QA, QC, QMS, and supplier quality
  • Lead and develop a multi-layered quality organization with direct reports across functions
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Act as the senior quality representative for customer, supplier, and regulatory audits
  • Drive CAPA, nonconformance management, change control, and risk management
  • Partner with site leadership to embed a right-first-time, continuous improvement culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quality Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline
  • Proven experience as a site-level Quality Manager in regulated manufacturing
  • 5-10+ years of people management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485
  • Background in medical device manufacturing (required)
  • Experience in cleanroom or assembly-based manufacturing environments
