Job Description

  • Manage lease negotiations and renewals for retail properties.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize real estate agreements.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential retail locations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property performance and lease obligations.
  • Support the strategic planning of store expansions or relocations.
  • Address and resolve real estate-related disputes or issues.
