Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction for commercial projects from start to finish
  • Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate closely with project management and leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects or phases depending on complexity
  • Mentor junior Superintendents and field staff
  • Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and client expectations
  • Support transition into broader field leadership responsibilities over time

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Commercial Experience should have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on commercial projects
  • Experience delivering projects across industrial, education, healthcare, or public sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor field teams
  • Experience with design-build and/or negotiated work environments
  • Ready to grow into a General Superintendent role
  • Stable work history with strong tenure preferred
  • Must be comfortable working on local projects (minimal travel required)
