Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows.
  • Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to minimize project delays.
  • Partner closely with project management teams to drive successful project execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site.
  • Mentor and support junior field personnel while promoting a positive team environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent with a commercial or multifamily general contractor.
  • Multifamily project experience is highly preferred, though candidates from other project backgrounds will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, renovations, and tenant fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction schedules and subcontractor coordination.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction safety standards and best practices.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of the Greater Boston area.
