Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for large, complex construction projects
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Maintain project schedule, driving milestones and resolving delays proactively
  • Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance across all activities
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align execution
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in construction, including leadership on large-scale projects
  • Proven track record as a Superintendent on complex builds
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
  • Stable work history with a focus on project delivery and team leadership
