Senior Superintendent - Construction - Boynton Beach

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain efficiency.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Mentor and lead on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively.
