Apply today for confidential consideration.Job DescriptionOur Senior Superintendent will be resonsible for:Lead all onsite construction operations from project startup through completionDevelop, manage, and maintain master project schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnelDrive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programsManage project logistics, phasing plans, and site sequencingConduct weekly subcontractor coordination and owner meetingsOversee quality control and commissioning activitiesCoordinate complex MEP, process piping, laboratory, and specialty equipment installationsCollaborate with Project Management on budgets, forecasts, procurement, and change managementMaintain proactive communication with owners, architects, engineers, and consultantsMentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and field staffEnsure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
