The organisation has successfully delivered projects across education, municipal, faith-based, and commercial sectors and is expanding into mission critical construction, creating a unique opportunity for an experienced data centre leader to help shape future growth and operational excellence.Job DescriptionServe as the senior field leader responsible for all on-site construction activitiesManage field teams, trade partners, Assistant Superintendents, and subcontractorsLead execution of a ground-up mission critical data centre projectDrive site safety, quality control, and schedule performance throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules and milestone tracking plansCoordinate all MEP, structural, civil, commissioning, and equipment installation activitiesLead daily coordination meetings and drive subcontractor accountabilityCollaborate with project management, ownership representatives, consultants, engineers, and authorities having jurisdictionMonitor construction progress and proactively resolve schedule, quality, staffing, and constructability challengesOversee commissioning preparation, startup activities, integrated systems testing, and project turnoverEnsure all work complies with contract documents, owner requirements, and mission critical standardsMaintain accurate project documentation, daily reporting, and workforce planningMentor and develop field personnel while supporting operational growth within the organisationHelp establish best practices and procedures for future mission critical project deliveryMaintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted project leader throughout constructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
