Senior Superintendent - DSA Construction

Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Direct all field operations on large-scale public works and commercial construction projects.
• Develop and execute site logistics plans, sequencing strategies, and construction schedules.
• Lead subcontractors, foremen, and field staff to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and jobsite performance.
• Conduct daily site walks and coordinate inspections with local agencies.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality-control procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, design consultants, owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders.
